1. Can I sign up for just 1 directory at a lower price?
No. The benefit of this package is that you get 5 separate listings and the price is all inclusive.
2. How do I list my Inn for Sale?
This is inclusive of the membership price. As long as your membership is active you get to list your Inn for Sale if you decide to sell it. If you are looking to sell your Inn you also get 5 directory listings. This is an added element you can give to the new Owners.
3. Can I have 5 different listing descriptions for each listing?
Yes. You have the option of creating 5 different listings descriptions. This is actually recommended as Google will comb and recognize each listing as hand submitted if they are slightly unique.
4. Can I have a different image for each listing?
Yes.
5. What is the benefit of having listings in a new directory?
A common misconception is that you will not benefit from a listing in a relatively new directory. if the directory is search engine optimized there is a benefit. You will eventually get some decent direct traffic, but more importantly the quality contextual link to your website will significantly boost your overall Google rank and Page Rank.
6. Why are inbound contextual links important?
Collecting quality inbound links that head towards your website ill help you tremendously with your natural rankings on Google. What determines the quality is that they are coming from a genuine place that will send quality traffic back to your website. Google gives a tremendous thumbs up to sites that produce real results and are actively promoting this practice online. They do use robotic spiders, but they also have real human beings who will be able to detect a B&B website that is properly jumping through their hoops.
